Does my kid need experience?

No. Our training is open to children of all sporting backgrounds. The emphasis is on learning skills and techniques in a low pressure atmosphere. The program is designed to suit all participation levels to ensure that children from beginner to experienced have the opportunity to participate in a positive, developmental and fun learning environment.

What will your child learn?

Your child will learn the fundamental skills including blocking, running, catching, defense, and de-flagging in football. Basic speed training will also be provided to increase your child’s speed through drills that focus on proper technique and form. Aside from the actual technical sports instruction each camper will experience an atmosphere that promotes positive values, good sportsmanship and teamwork.

What is the objective of the weekly sessions?

The objective of the weekly training is to focus on the fundamentals of the game and making sure the kids learn how to play the game the right way. These sessions are designed to be fun-filled pressure free sessions so the kids not only learn about the game, but they also learn to love playing the game. These sessions are $15 weekly or $55 if you pre-pay for 4 weeks and will be held in Allen, TX. Call at 469-667-4407 or email to exlr8sports@gmail.com

Pee Wee (3 - 5 year olds 1 hour)
This training will focus on the basic fundamentals of football, while also teaching the little ones to have fun while learning to play the game.

Jr. (6 – 8 year olds 1 hour)
This training will focus on building upon the basics skills of players who have some playing experience. Also we will begin to introduce position specific training as well to prepare junior to transition to tackle football.


Youth (9-13 year olds 1 hour)
These camps will focus on position specific drills and skills training to fine tune the skill sets of the more experienced kids. Speed and agility training will be offered to these kids to enhance their speed by teaching the athlete to utilize proper running form and proven techniques that will improve his or her speed. Agility training will be incorporated to increase the overall athleticism of the athlete.
